It was initially manufactured by the company Jilona Shokai, named after Nakamura Jiro. Jilona markings are displayed on most cameras, and this is why these models are often called “Midget Jilona”.

The bottom of the camera is stamped “MADE IN AUSTRIA”. The lens optics (including the inside) are in perfect working order. The lens optics (including inside) are in very clean condition. [Description] This is a twin-lens 16 mm film subminiature camera manufactured by C. As the name suggests, it is a small camera about the size of a cigarette. The view lens moves in conjunction with the take lens in a gear system. There is a lot of sludge inside the prism, but it is still in focus. The lens is HELGOR 2f2.5cm and is clear. The shutter dial is on the left hand side, 102550100200400B and is moving at full speed. The right side lever is pulled to charge and the shutter is released by the center button. The film counter is interlocked. This is the only TLR camera that uses 16mm film. All items pictured are all that is available. The vintage Sanwa MYCRO 2 Mini Spy Film Camera was manufactured in Japan. It belongs to the Mycro Sanwa Spy series and comes in a Black Silver color. The model is Mycro Sanwa Spy, and it includes a Brown Leather Case. These were produced from 1929 to 1953. The camera is designed as a subminiature camera, ideal for discreet photography. Please note that the functionality of the camera is untested. It’s designed to use 17.5 mm film, capturing 14 x 14 mm images. The lens is a fixed focus Mycro Una 1:4.5 F= 20 mm, with aperture settings at 4.5, 5.6, 8, and 11. It has an Everset shutter offering speeds of 1/25, 1/50, and 1/100, plus a B (bulb) setting. Manufactured by Akita Seisakusho Co. Later Mycro Camera Co. Distributed by various companies before WWII, and exclusively by Sanwa Shokai afterward. It is a metal body, often lined with imitation leather. Sometimes referred to as a “spy camera” due to its small size.
