Closed this Miniature Atom Camera measures about 3. Inches wide by 2. Inches tall by 1. Inches thick (thickest section). The Speed Control says. Lightly impressed into the leather on the door it says. Atom (in scriptdifficult to see especially in the photo). The impressed letters and numbers around the lens are very small and difficult to read. Using a magnifying lens this is what I think it says around the Lens, Doppel Anastigmat Hekla 1:6.8 Foc 6.6cm No. The Lens is set in a D. COMPOUND D. R. G. All basic M speeds function (the slower speeds sound fairly accurate and that’s a good indicator for the faster speeds which unfortunately I can’t determine how accurate they are). The Camera also has a B (bulb) and Z (close leaves on on second press) setting where you don’t cock the shutter. Both B and Z speeds work. The Exposure lever works. The front and rear lens look clear. All the viewfinder springs are there but you still have to assist the round lens down on the pop-down viewfinder. However, the viewfinder will often fully pop open when closing the camera. The focusing lever works. The black leather exterior is missing on the top corners of the pop open door, a little on the bottom corners and a tad around the back of the mirror. Missing some black paint on the hinge of the door and the mirror back is missing a lot of black paint (see photos). The black leather exterior cloth interior bellows looks to be in good condition. Both vintage tripod threaded holes have the present day thread adapters (see photos). Coming with one ICA 736 Black Metal Plate Holder. I had this ICA Atom Camera in a display cabinet and decided it was time for it to go to a new home. I’ve done my best in describing the ICA Atom Camera. However, considering its age I’ve decided it should be auctioned AS-IS for repair or parts.
