Morita Saica 17.5mm subminiature camera, with leather case and strap, 63x35x33mm (W x H x D). The Saica is a Japanese subminiature camera made in Japan c1956 by Morita Shokai. It was the first of few other models – Kiku 16, Gem 16 and Halmat – and by far the most rare and sought after. It was finished in brushed chrome with black leatherette, lens was a fixed focus 25mm f/8.0, speeds B and I (1/25), and lock on the back. Camera shows normal wear, shutter fires at all times (no cocking). It looks very pretty and it’s very collectable.
