Fresh from an Estate. Cosmetically it’s exceptionally nice as you can see in the photos. Does not appear to have been used much if at all, looks to me like it was bought and put away. Sutter fires at all 3 speeds and the film advance lever works, controls seem to function properly as far as I can tell without using it with film. View all 9 photos for a good look. I don’t use stringent grading guidelines…. You should judge cosmetic condition based on the photos not on my amateur opinion.
