From Philly With Love. 1927 Ansco Memo 1st 35mm 1/2 Camera US Made Velostigmat Lens TESTED RARE V15. This antique 1927 Ansco Memo is the 1st 35mm half frame camera to be made in the United States. It has a Wollensak Velostigmat f/6.3 lens and comes with both film canisters. It has a couple of scuff and wear marks on its exterior and haze inside of its lens. All shutter speeds sound correct, but the shutter release needs to be fully pushed up in order for it to work properly. The lens is free of any fungus or separation to its elements. All settings adjustments are smooth. See photos and the Description above. Come with very rare Sonocon leather case and Minolta 16 black camera strap, Minolta 16 black camera shell Minolta 16 case and a brand new 60s ear plugs, was together with the same camera case as the camera was, without any name or model no, but fit, working condition is unknown. Pre-owned Camera collector estate is this. Come with very rare and correct Sonocon leather case, case has one minor tear toward the edge on one side and is a bit dry and has surface marks but no leather crack. Minolta was one of the first in 1962 using the Minolta 16 II, extending the body for the radio part. The Sonocon 16 MB-ZA has the radio controls on one end and the camera controls on the other. It had a 22mm (f2.8-16) lens and shutter speeds of B, 1/30-1/500. All other features were the same as the model II, a renown quality camera. It only was available in a black.
